Going to be a tough game with a number of players seemingly out of form.

Im going to go with the team below, im not sure Foden's getting in and wouldnt be surprised to see Lewis in place of Walker. My big fear is if Stones isnt fit as Ake will have to go to centre back and I dont trust Cancelo or Gomez at left back at the moment.

---------------------------Ederson-----------------------
Walker-----------Stones----------Laporte---------Ake
-----------------------------Rodri-------------------------
------------Berny------------------------KDB-------------
Mahrez------------------Haaland--------------Grealish

absolutely unacceptable my friend and Sir:D

i am done with this discussion in a moment, when You say Pep is "one of the best" in world football. You can feel free to come back with this discussion, when You gather facts about winning ratio in football history in this game called football for about 15 years now, then You should realise, that anybody is even close to Guardiola. You would be probably also very amazed, that within UCL competition hes winning ratio is incredible.

Your arrogance is that high, that I understand You know when hes making mistakes? You are around a training pitch day in day out and so on to notice mistakes in a selection?

Zero perspective other than last few months, absolutely incredible.

Great You supported club over fifty years, I really like this part as I am not grown enough to register such record, but Your current statements shows then rather about Your typical line of thinking, which is probably characterised by impatience, eagerness to criticise, making judgments without proper factual base. It often results in an inproper judgments. Actually about anything, not only football.

Listen mate I'm a City fan first and foremost I don't worship at the altar of the God Pep as you appear to do. I've seen manager's and players come and go, from the great Joe Mercer to the other end of the scale, Alan Ball, Frank Clark etcetera. I'm also not interested what he did prior to managing my club or what he does when he leaves, I'm only interested in what he does while he's here.

Do I admire him as a man and manager? 100%. Do I think he's one of the best manager's in the world and that my club has ever had? Absolutely. He's also just a man and he makes mistakes.

There's no arrogance on my part. I'm a football fan expressing an opinion like millions of football fans around the world do. That's what we do and why forums like this exist. If I think Pep has fucked up I'll say so and no amount of indignation from a Pep fanboy will stop me doing that. You don't have to be a world class manager to watch a game and clearly see the tactics and selection aren't working. It's right there in front of your eyes. Many of us could see it prior to the champions League final with the team selected and sadly we were proved correct.

You might as well save your fingers replying I think we're done on the subject. Hopefully Pep sorts out the current malaise effecting the team and we win another treble, including the champions league, here's hoping.

What's Peps ridiculous master plan going to be?
I think he'd like Mahrez and Bernardo in his side, the problem being they both play on the right side, maybe he's thinking of switching one of them to the left? Grealish and foden haven't been great recently.

That's too sensible
It will be something stupid like not playing Haaland

Ederson
Rico, Akanji, Stones (if fit, Laporte is not), Ake
Rodri, Gundo, KDB
Foden, Håland, Mahrez

Great post. Summed up perfectly

If i remember rightly, Gundo played at 6 for the home derby, was Rodri injured? Might he go with Gundo there again tomorrow?

I know what you mean but that's extreme even for pep! Erling could run riot again tomorrow, he'll be right up for it and I can see those through balls putting him through. Verane, Maguire or midget, makes no difference
