I suspect it may be to accommodate broadcasters around the world as not all countries have put the clocks back like in the UK. Here in the States, we don’t put our clocks back until November 5th so by making it 3:30pm instead of 4:30pm it keeps our viewing time the same. Come on you Blues!!!
It's at the request of the police to apparently stop trouble outside the ground and in the city centre. As if moving it forward an hour is going to help
 
Looks like Casemiro is out. Not sure if that's necessarily a good thing though, as he's on the decline.

It's a good thing. He's good on set pieces and does a decent job. Also Tierney would allow him to kick fuck out of our players like he did in the cup final. Don't breath too easily they have the thug McTominay to do the kicking.

You may not be aware but Sky is owned by Comcast NBC Universal and NBC has the broadcast rights in the USA, meaning that they have a big say in proceedings.

The police have the final say in kick off games in England not the broadcasters
