Seems not, Utd obviously benefited from some poor decisions - as did City - (and without rehashing every decision over again I don't know what effect they had on the overall points tally for each team) but poor decisions don't make an agenda...
Face it, some officials make mistakes because they're not good enough. Others err because they're intimated by the crowd (although surely not something that can be levelled against us at Old Trafford) or subconsciously affected by the media etc. It may even be that the modern game is now just too quick for the traditional method of officiating, with 1 referee and 2 assistants, but to suggest a Premier League driven conspiracy is, IMO, ridiculous. Look at some of the decisions in Euro 2012 at the moment.
It appears shite refereeing is at least europe, if not world, wide. So is it all one huge agenda or a series of localised agendas???
