Gary and Phil ?

Been having a look on Up The Cherries forum to see what their fans think, saw this in a thread for songs for tonight, made me laugh, though the poster admits stealing it off Twitter:

"Get yer bombs out
get yer bombs out
get yer bombs out of your lavs
get yer bombs out of your lavs"
That's hilarious.

In normal circumstances the rags would have done their best to recover their losses from the security firm's or the dog trainer's indemnity insurance, however I suspect that their insurance won't cover this. If it did, the owner of the security firm would have been told in no uncertain terms by his insurers not to admit liability. I suspect that pretty much the entire cost of this fiasco will need to be borne by the rags or their own insurers, although I expect that their own insurers won't pay out because the rags would have been expected to ensure any sub-contractors had sufficient indemnity insurance and they presumably failed to do this. In a nutshell, it's going to cost the rags millions.

Quite often contractors will specify a limit of indemnity, and also quite often consequential losses are excluded. This is perfectly acceptable if it is stated in the contract.

I expect the Rags know this, and it would not surprise me if they have made some sort of back room deal ("We'll bear the entire hit if you fall on your sword"). The benefit to their reputation of having a scapegoat most likely outweighs the paltry amount they would recover.

Struggling to understand how you train a dog handler with no dogs involved in the exercise
.so they hid the bombs and said to the handlers lets play hunt the thimble ?
