United (H) | PL | Post Match Thread

Nunes played great until that horrible mistake , Haaland could beat Maquire in any duel all game . Gundo and Kev sadly finished . I could keep
Going
Standards have really dropped if we’re thinking nunes played well, gave possession away far too often, decision making terrible, holds on to the ball far too long, offers next to fuck all to this team and has only stood out because the rest of the squad has dropped off. Unfortunately, was never good enough for us to start with, needs a move for his own good.

Pep has lack of trust with the youth
At this point there’s nothing to loose
I hope pep start looking at the youth

We are 1 win in 11game
I don't think Pep can trust many of the players not to make stupid mistakes. I can't believe we were 1-0 up with five minutes to go and we LOST!!!

CL next season is vital in attracting young elite players.

It has to be our minimum target !!

Our minimum is winning the next game ?
forget any targets just sort out the mess this week because we have a free week and then a hard game at Villa

We are a total mess right now and forget the top 4 or Europe, even Salford City at home in the FA cup could be a nightmare on this form

Heading for disaster, no Champions League next season, the few quality players we have will head for the door . Building a stand that will be empty . We will be quoted astronomical prices for new players , many won’t sign for a team not in the Champions League. But hey ho record turnover and profit is all that counts .
and?

we will still be here

disaster is administation not missing out on top 4 ffs

No room for sentimentality in football but I think Pep has been to loyal to his old guard…..
Who saw this demise coming?
Certainly not the management……
Pep was cautioning about player burn out, injuries and health risks 3 years ago.....but collectively the club didnt act inspite of an increasing game schedule !!
