It's painful watching world-class players ghost around because of so-called injuries ? A top-level club does not play or let players ghost because of injuries ? NO matter who is the manager or who is a long-term injury problem, they are setup to handle a crisis or the manager leaves,

They should have been replaced

Walker was leaving but Pep asked him to stay
Grealish has been non existent for the last 12 months.

My post stated we can’t drop them due to squad depth. I’m not arguing they shouldn’t have been replaced.

They’ve been hiding behind excuses now for too long. Nothing has happened to warrant these performances. They don’t do anything with intensity. They can’t even fucking defend as a unit. I don’t expect us to win every week but I expect to see highly paid professionals show abit of effort

Do you understand what extreme physical and mental fatigue does to elite atheletes ?

Until you do, or experience it yourself, it may be better for you not to comment on such matters and use your energy to support the club, coach and players.

What I don't understand is Pep wanted Bruno G, it was briefed all summer he wanted him, when the time comes where you can pay the release clause there was silence. I know the fee was high but we payed 100 mil for Grealish.

It's an off season. Far too many injuries and what they've exposed is players who have been looking very good in a very, very good team but who can't step up once the chips are down.

That is something that can be worked on. We need some of our big earners to step up, but as each week goes by it appears they may not have it in them. Maybe some of the injuries are down to people burning the candle at both ends. Whatever it is, they need to get back on it.

Top 4 is our goal now, anything else is a bonus.
