I'm no expert compared to Pep and his ilk, but I'd love us not to play such a high line on Sunday as it plays right into the hands of the counter-attacking teams. Stretching the pitch gives us more room to play; condensing the pitch makes the low block easier, and leaves us susceptible to the dreaded quick breakaway when we lose possession.
I'm hoping more than anything that Donnarumma has a good game and can start putting an end to that dreaded thought that we'll concede to the first counter-attack of the game. It's the most open derby for a long time, imho, because of our renewals, lack of match fitness, and consequent inability to gauge our form.
Let's hope that 'normal' service can be resumed, we find a way to thump 'em, and get the bragging rights back where they belong.
