Is it just me, or is the media salivating over City dropping 3 points at home to ManUre, just so it’s an “all or nothing” for City at home against Liverpool….because neither of us will drop another point for the rest of the season, of course?!

Even the usually respectful NBC/USA/Peacock crowd in the States are salivating at the prospect of a tight race, even though they were all proclaiming it was done and dusted in January!

I’ve never seen it as over, but have always felt the media just love to act like CITY are the ones who act like their shit doesn’t stink, when it’s the media narrative that always paints things as “over”….just so they can come back and tear us to pieces over choking, Pep getting something wrong, or the ever-present “you need a striker!”

Even Pep has started taking the piss about us needing a striker, but the media seem so up their own arse, they don’t even realize he is taking the piss out of them by simply relating back to them what they keep telling him!

Always love watching how painful and exasperated his face gets when he has to do the post-match interviews with the numpty reporters screeching through their phones or on Zoom! HAHA!

Game on at 10pm in Delhi, and have to leave for airport at Midnight, so we’d better have this in the bag before the 80th minute, as I may miss the last 10 and I wont be able to settle down until I know we’ve won!! Fingers AND toes crossed for this one!!

the tactic is to pretend they’re out when they’re very much in contention. Of course some rag players can tell the manager when & if they’re going to join the rest of the team at a hotel - or indeed, that they will grace them with their presence on match day :)

I keen going through what our starting 11 should be today and I just can't decide, there are just so many options.

The only guaranteed starters I can see are Ederson, Stones, LaPorte, Rodri and Berny, after that it could be anyone. So 6 positions up for grabs.

The front six is so interchangable, I can even see a situation where KDB plays as a false 10.

We are going to need to keep it tight at the back with their pace.

Yep, we’ll need to handle their pace, which IMO is why Walker looks a guaranteed starter if he’s fully fit.
