United (N) | FA Cup Final | Post-Match Thread

Don't be convinced by this letter of the law bullshit. There's been loads of handballs exactly like this not given due to proximity, speed of ball, natural position ect in the premier league over the last few months. They have 100% relaxed the rules since Xmas just bizarrely not in this game ( I wonder why?). If this was a champions league then I'd say it's a fair cop as they are strict on the rules but pigmol are a bunch of corrupt twats.
I know; that's why I said letter of the law.

The LOTG are deliberately loose for that very reason, so by the 'letter of the law' it could have been a handball, but the reasons you give here are the exact reasons that would have been used to rule it out had it been the other end.

We all know why those reason weren't applied, but I'm still fucking baffled as to why the Casimero one was let go. The guy was looking straight at Akanji when he kicked him. Full on intent to injure him. He has form for it.

This just about sums it up:

Genuine question. Did they even have a shot on target from open play? I can't recall one

I said early on when Fernandes was whining about getting breathed on they were playing for pens cause it was the only chance they had and I stand by that

The best thing abut that game was the result , the Rags managed to bring us down to their level , apart from Stones and Gundo everyone was below par , today only proves how shite the Rags are , nowhere near our level , we played a safe game and did enough to grind out a result.
Makes you wonder how a football club can spend a billion and have so many shite footballers parading in a shade of red , what an awwful team they are and absolutely no threat to us next season.
