I am in 3rd place 6 points off top slot in my DREAMTEAM league.
I need to transfer in 2 players who the leaders don't already have.
Question is AKE,STONES,DOKU which two should I choose. CTID

I'm top of mine by 30 odd points and have Ortega, Dias, Gvardiol, Akanji, Rodri, KDB, Foden and Haaland already, Bernardo and Walker to come in this week I think and I should be ok, who are you captaining?

Anyway about the game I always say weve beaten them when we were shitter than they are now, plus its a cup final, plus its typical City, id take a shite boring 1-0 win right now the goal flying in off the vikings arse!!

I know, I'm disappointed. Football is at it's best when both sets of fans have belief, regardless of one side clearly better. Especially in a final and a derby!

I've encountered nothing but a shithouse attitude from the rag fans regarding this final, already throwing in the towel. Pack of cowards.

Would've preferred Coventry, at least they'd bring something to the party and probably back themselves.

Correct. I don't like arrogance. We're the better team and are rightly firm favourites, but one-off games of football throw up surprises from time to time. I expect United will raise their game. I don't think we'll be seeing anything like the Watford final five years ago. Simply winning the game by any margin should be enough for all of us. It was last year and it should be this year.

Correct, it's a derby. We were the underdog in quite a few in the past and on paper we should have got battered but we still won some. They've got one or two players back and as we saw against Liverpool twice when they were outplayed they still got the results.

Last season I'd say the gap between the sides was even bigger, but we were hanging on for grim death at the end and McTominay hit the bar. Also they got awarded one of the dodgiest penalties ever and Casimero escaped a clear red. Never ever become too complacent.

I've not heard any rags giving it big licks this week about how they're going to win. Most I've heard don't have much confidence at all.

Hopefully they start getting a bit giddy as it gets closer, it always makes the win a bit more enjoyable.

Only to be expected under the circumstances....however....a derby match, at Wembley.....form, skill, effort etc etc all goes out of the window. It could go anyway. I'm confidant but not over confidant. I was confidant against Wigan !!!
