Its not everyone's cup of tea, but i love America. Ive been to quite a lot of the States over the past 10 years. Ive done California, Nevada, Arizona, Florida, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhone Island, Conneticut, and what i love the most is the variety of the country, with great people, great food, great sights. Were going back for about 16 nights next May, probably heading out to California, Nevada and Arizona again. Who else loves the USA on here and where do you head for when going? I prefer to go off the beaten track a little. I really liked florida but to many Brits there for my liking.

If you want to get off the beaten track try Detroit, Buffalo, Gary Indiana, Rochester etc.

I like the cities, I like the people but I couldn't live there. The ultra-capitalism chokes the life out of me within a week. Best tourism only - and they don't make it easy to do that anymore.

I could live there, i really like the place. I know what you mean about capitalism though, and they are very tought at customs upon entry, but thats how it should be.

With spelling like yours, I'd hazard a guess you were from there. Was being sarcastic by the way. Some nice places I've been to. Chicago was nice, Buffalo not so nice. Prefer Canada though.

This isnt a speeling test, its an internet forum if you hadn't realised. If we are going to start pulling each other up on spelling, "Paphos" should start with a capital letter.

Buffalo is a shit hole, picked the hire car up from there a few years ago. It was a total dump, worse than Niagara Falls and that is saying something!!!

it's nice to visit but always glad to leave too!been 3 times, travelled all over and it just feels too superficial. how anyone can deal with that on a daily basis is beyond me!
