I've just read through Tuesday's Match Programme. No mention of the 6-1 or the fact that we won 2-1 there last time out. There was a mention of a 4-1 City win (the one when SWP scored in the final minute) and it was described as 'a baffling 4-1 defeat despite United having the better of the game'!!!!!!
Not how I remember it!

Made even more memmorable by Alan Parry´s " pick that one out .... goodnight"

Were Liverpool this protected during their dominant years?

Very much so. An opposition forward could have been stabbed or shot in front of the Kop by Smith, Hughes or Hansen and the Ref would have still waved play on.

This just about sums up the camel.

Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand says he has felt too embarrassed to show his face in public at times because of his team's poor form this season. United are seventh in the table, 18 points behind leaders Chelsea, with seven matches remaining.

"I don't want to go out when the game has finished," Ferdinand, winner of six Premier League titles at Old Trafford, adds in a frank interview with BT Sport.

"I don't want to take my kids to school and listen to things that I think I'm hearing or see people look at me in a different way because we've lost a game. I don't want to go out and fill my car up with petrol or go to the shops or anything. It's embarrassing."

He should imagine what Kinky felt in the spring of '98 and realize their decline is nothing compared to that.

Is Evra likely to leave?
He's out of contract in the summer and hasn't been offered a new one even though iirc the scum have an option to extend his contract by a year so it would seem so.

Red Wednesday

I am told that Radio Manc's Red Wednesday this week was a particular delight. But I don't seem to be able to locate this as a download. This could be because I'm not in the UK at the moment but can anyone soil their browsers and let me have a link to where I might download it?

Just back from my local where we had a little sport asking how many were doing Munich.

Out of 6 only 1 doing the home leg and no takers for the away leg unless they win 4-0 at home!

What loyal support-not!

Typical United fans, most my mates who are untied fans are refusing to watch another game while moyes is in charge, a tad bit extreme though if you ask me
