Moyes told United's official website: "I don't know (when he will return). We've been trying to get him back for a few weeks.
"But he is not ready yet. It's his groin. It's a sore groin injury and nothing desperately serious."

If you wait for the corpse to go cold it won't taste anywhere near as sweet. That time is now imo, as there's no way that team can overhaul Arsenal, Chelsea or us imo. They are in a three (or four) way fight for fourth at the very best. The Fat el Hombre said:Lovely jubbly last night! They've got a few easy games coming up though so I'd hang fire a bit, but they're there for the taking and they can easily drop more points again in those easy games
Who would have thought after they won the Champions League in 2008, just after we'd got dicked 8-1 by 'Boro that we'd be talking in these terms, but we are. Their fans thought they could lord it over us for ever, mocking and sneering like fucking school kids.
They laughed at the thought of us winning a Trophy, derided us for daring to dream about winning the league, and sneered at the suggestion that we could become a major force in the game.
Never forget.
Like that quote. Growing up as the only blue in a football mad street full of kids, mostly rags, I won't be forgetting any time soon.
I've heard some blues on here say shit like 'Oh we should be more gracious than them'. Hmmm. Maybe in some instances. Personally I intend on taking revenge in a similar manner to the russians when they turned the tables on the nazis. The footballing equivalent of rape and murder and unbearable atrocities. It's almost fucking payback time and they're getting it in spades
The horror. The horror

If they were twelve points behind Arsenal and in second, then maybe, but to expect Arsenal, City and Chelsea to all capitulate is asking way too much.Marvin said:The question is have they left themselves too much to do.
Perhaps the title is beyond them, but we are 6 points above them. They could beat Newcastle, and we could lose to Southampton and we still have to go there.gordondaviesmoustache said:The answer is yes, if you're talking about the league. Oh how the penny would finally drop if they found themselves behind THEIR BIGGEST RIVAL™ come May.BillyShears said:gordondaviesmoustache said:The answer is yes, if you're talking about the league. My brother, yes the one who said pre derby in his opposition view piece for BM that it was United's best squad ever, is currently in mourning. He said last night "United are fucked" followed by a rant about how Moyes needed to be given money to bring his own players in.
If I had to pick a place for them to finish, i'd say a plucky 5th behind Us, Chelsea, Arsenal, and Liverpool.
