I am usually disappointed to see a club experience financial trouble, but I make an exception when it is United. If they don't get top 4 then they are in huge amounts of trouble. Rooney and RVP will leave.

The smart thing would be to fire Moyes, who has done a horrendously bad job and bring in someone better, but luckily they are too 'classy' to fire under performing managers.

Also they should spend big in January. In England we are aware of just how bad they are and the huge amount of trouble they are in. I don't think footballers in other areas yet realise just how much. If they come outside the top four meaning RVP and Rooney in transfer request then they will struggle to attract. Probably worth the gamble overpaying for players now.

The situation reminds me of Barcelona, before Ronaldinho went there. The difference is Barcelona actually had money to spend and fantastic youth players coming through. They tried to get Beckham and he rejected them, even Owen did. If Barcelona can suffer that much then so can United, who are in huge amounts of debt.

Moyes in charge for another 1 and a half could turn them into a top 6 club along with the Glazers.

Reckon you are wrong there Crystal, with so many players from abroad playing here now, do you really think any player contacted by yoonited won't be straight onto the phone to International teammates already in the Premier League or even previous club teammates, asking what the situation is?

I don't think too many of the elite players across the world will want to play for Moyes, or an upper midtable club, that's what they are becoming.

The Mail are saying he will be given 200million to spend
Cant see them doing what they slag us off for doing and spending big

£200 million ha ha ha - they have doubled the imaginary summer war chest in a desperate attempt to continue the delusion - Uncle Malcs blood probably ran cold at weekend all those empty red seats. Doesn't mind people getting up and walking out early as the oppositions 3rd goal hits the net - at least they paid on the way in - but noshows??? Oh oh !!

They have paid over the odds for years karen..
Camel gob £30 million 12 years ago
Veron £28 million 13 years ago
Horse face £19 million 13 years ago
Shrek £29 million 9 years ago....

What would that amount be for just them 4 in today's market?

The Daily Fail.

Before our eyes?

As if the majority of football fans are going to shed an emotional tear.

United's fear factor is dead, the records keep tumbling and Moyes doesn't know how to spend... so, is the Old Trafford empire crumbling before our eyes?

And you wonder why GPC had the press under control.

I think the press are finally accepting that utd are shit with moyes..
the only nobhead journo who doesn`t want to stick the boot in is the sun`s neil custis,he has his little pecker wedged firmly up the rag ringpiece and looks like he`s mounting a one man crusade to keep it positive about utd..
I really think if they go out over two legs against sunderland he`ll be gone..
and to think the wankfest we had to put up with when they beat wigan in the charity shield, business as usual and all that shite....
save the dave,don`t sack him.....

200 million in January transfer window is pointless as no decent players will want to move this month anyway.
Rubbish story. On the other hand, if he did spunk 200 million on crap players that would be most excellent!!

£200,000,000 transfer fund my fucking arse. If Malcolm Glazer wouldnt trust the most successful manager in British football to spend his money why would he give a useless twat like Davey Moyes the keys to the safe.

and more pertinently why would top players want to play for a no mark manager who only success has been the community shield

I'm guessing he'll be unable to find any value in the market until after all the season tickets are sold in the summer.
