I don't usually bother about that lot, but all that money, no academy players, no shots on target and, oh, we just bought another proven striker for 28m despite FFP.

I think saints have really got their bottle back, if they keep most of their first 11 fit they will make top 4.
That leaves Arsenal making their traditional 4th, i think they will do that.

Big pill to swallow what you say about us second and them 5th but i see your point.
Their whole financial splurge was done directly to get them cl exposure/cash/meet sponsorship contract targets and with that their business model.
They would be is so much shit with the adidas cash being cut in half, top players giving them a miss and current decent ones looking elsewhere.

I think i want the title more tbh but if they finish 5th then expect a real panic at utd.
I would dearly love to see it though.

We drop 2 points yesterday and the bbc couldn't stop shouting it from the rooftops.
Lets see if they shout about the rags loosing ground..

Also just read they had no shots on target lets see how they edit MOTD tonight..

my rag neighbour (who had gone to ground over the last 18 months), buttonholed me in our street yesterday evening , givin' it large about our dropping 2 points and Scum catching us as they would 'defo win' on Sunday (quote 'that's 3 points in the bag')

I saw his car pull up after the game today (back from the pub as he's a Sky plastic)....scuttled furtively back to his house in record time from car to front door !!!!!!
