Poor guy, if you had to go sit in a hotel for a week or so with Phil Jones and fat Wayne, the only option would be to purposely sit in Burger King in Manchester airport and miss the flight.

TT confirmed it publicly. Rojo also missed his flight but TT said he had 'passport issues'.

The passport issues is a funny one. I find it somewhat hard to believe the club travel department are so inept as to have failed to sort out a visa, so what they presumably mean is that he did something daft like leaving it at home. Which for most people on a work trip would go down like a cup of sick with the employer.

I'm leaning more towards he's not allowed in states, if he's had a criminal record maybe?The passport issues is a funny one.
