He's nowhere fucking near Sterling and he cost more money than "our expensive young signing" He's a headless chicken who can run fast, the French equivalent of Theo Walcott, except Walcott can actually play a bit.
Monaco were pissing themselves when the rags coughed up £58M for him, along with the rest of Europe.

You talk rubbish

Sometimes in life it's much simpler to come out and admit you got something wrong, rather than make yourself look a bigger and bigger tit.

I didn't get past the headline!

How much PL experIence did Van Gaal have before they hired him? It didn't bother them then

This is the thing when journalists present their opinion as fact, they have little wriggle room when they are proven wrong

I don't recall any bidding war. Both were bought at prices I imagine were way in excess of any other clubs' valuations.

Lots of clubs said they wanted him but couldn't afford him. Both Real and Bayern were interested, but it was well known that the deal with City and Sterling was done and only the fee stood in the way.

A product of the Lyon youth system, Martial joined Monaco in the summer of 2013 for €5m and made his Ligue 1 debut in November of that year, aged 17.

The lightning-quick striker featured regularly during the 2014-15 season and is now set to make his first appearance at international level, after last week being named in the France squad for this month's friendlies against Portugal and Serbia.

Just read this, he sounds like a player clubs would fight over..

Watching him since he was 8 years old ;)

Tbf martial looks quality ,he may play for the shite but anyone on here that reckons hes not a top talent is deluded,

As I understand it, it's their 48th or 58th consecutive FA cup tie.... Not that the media are biased at all.

*plausible deniability? I like it*

Bullshit from the BBC Gossip Column, as this is certainly not 'the United way' that they all keep harping on about:

Manchester United have made an enquiry about the availability of Paris St-Germain coach Laurent Blanc to become their new manager, either midway through this season or at the end of the current campaign. (Le10 Sport via Daily Star)

All the rags I work with have now picked up and embraced the "pep is a coward" mantra.
Apparently, if he wants a challenge, he should go to west brom or palace.
