It will be glossed over but on BBC reports during the game last night, huge boos when he took Martial off, Utd fans singing "we want to attack, we are Utd and want to attack". Also Young should get a retrospective ban for diving if they want to cut this crap out but it will hardly be mentioned. He really is the one player who I really hate, amazing he still gets awarded free kicks in the PL as refs must know of his antics. Did he get carded last night for the blatant cheating?

If only teams stopped missing simple chances against them, Palace missed about 3 or 4 from 6 yards out and even Moscow should have scored minutes before Utd got the goal

Last night was fine by me, Rooney has done enough to make sure LVG keeps starting him, well he has not really but it was not going to take much for him to keep him in the first 11.
LVG does mental gymnastics to justify the dross served up with some shit about never beating Russians before, lovely.

Whatever it takes to keep LVG in total belief he is right and makes sure Rooney is a lead weight around their necks, last night was perfect for that.

They may not lose many but they will lose enough and kill the enthusiasm left in utd fans. I am quiet happy with utd just as they are tbh.

LVG looks like the ultimate fraud. He is clearly aware of the fans hostility but he is pressing on with his ultra conservative brand of football and insistence on relying on a diminishing former star player. He would know a defeat of any kind would edge him toward the door but if he still plays the big names and they remain solid people will put up with it. He was so close to a draw or even a loss last night that would have sparked a big negative fan reaction. The crack got a lot wider last night and then a big dollop of Rooney paper got lobed on top.

What would an incompetent manger look like who was basically stringing out his tenure as long as possible to maximise his earnings answer LVG.
