Think you`ll find that we do exactly the same,hence part of the CBL3 shut for the Semi Final v Everton.The top tier of the GPC stand is 'unavailable' (red) because it's shut. The rags are doing their usual trick by trying to fill up the lower tiers that are clearly visible to the cameras while the upper tiers that aren't have acres of empty seats.
