His football is more turgid than Van Gaal.

I'm not to concerned.

The PL next year though will be fucking crazy. This year was crazy in a different way.

Your probably looking at 6 teams that will be capable of winning it.

let the war resume.

United will do really well next season under Mou, they'll get every decision and fly to the top and challenge us. He works in the short-term so next season is war.

If he can't get Sanches done then at least hopefully their squad will be so bad they still won't be a threat, but the refs will try to hand it to them like today.

Im sure Sanches went to Bayern.

From Twitter
The leak has come from Jose's camp not United's as far as I'm aware. Not much United could do to stop that. Shame for LvG.

If it's true, shows the type of man mourinho is... Maybe reason for his success... Certainly won't be there for long

When a man is cornered in a bar fight, and feels his life is at stake, he'll grab the nearest weapon to hand In order to survive. It's a case of act now, and reflect later. united cannot be gratuitously criticised for this.

If Mourinho was truly available, this is a roll of the dice over which they had no meaningful choice. They've had to prostitute everything they claimed to hold dear in an attempt to keep up with us, but they can't be overly chastised for that. They aren't the first organisation in human history to reevaluate their moral compass when placed in a corner

Will it work? Given his track record, this is a possible outcome that can't be discounted, but long term, united seem completly unequipped for the challenge that faces them.

Like the hare in the fable, they've been caught napping and any panicked attempts to throw their diminishing weight around shouldn't detract from the fact that however successful Mourinho is, their period of imperious dominance is over. The only question mark, is to what extent.

So what's new?

In all seriousness this does worry me too, he's very much in the mould of the GPC when it comes to the media and pressurising refs which works like a dream at a club like United.

This isn't the place for rag apologist talk. Can't you just call them classless cunts?

United fans will be celebrating this decision without realising Mourinho is one of the few managers out there that plays even worse football than LVG. They'll probably win a few trophies in the immediate future that they shouldn't do but it will be short lived and will be detrimental to them in the long run.

In a few years time, Pep will have hopefully transformed us into something formidable, Chelsea should be back up there after the mess Mourinho left them in, Arsenal will probably be rid of Wenger and can start challenging again, Spurs look like going from strength to strength under Pochettino and even Klopp might get Liverpool competing, then over at United Mourinho will leave them in the shit and miles behind. This could be brilliant
