I'm under no illusion that Rashford would have played any part in the last few games had Will Keane not pulled his groin against Shrewsbury. He is way down the pecking order, but mostly due to his age. I spoke to a fella who runs an under 14's team in Stretford. He said that Rashford's name has been bandied about for years as something pretty special. His highlights reel is pretty good, he takes apart a few of your EDS lads. I think when he is fully grown and fills out in a few years, he will be quality. City tried to poach him 2 years ago.
Only just found out off a mate that watches our u18's, apparently Nmecha has scored more goals at u18 level this season than Rashfoot.

The lad's done well in 2 games... that's it... and what's this bollocks about taking our EDS lads apart? I've been through this and last seasons results and the fucker hasn't scored against us in the league!
Next season he won't be anywhere near the first team (especially if Mourinho does take over), he will be loaned out and will end up at a championship team. As Cookster mentions - Wilson looked a far better prospect at EDS and U18 level, and rags were really expecting big things from him... do any of them even know where he is right now? Well he's at Brighton, and is hardly pulling up any trees... 3 goals for the season.

Martial & Memphis cost around £100m, so not really up and coming talent plucked from obscurity, and he's only playing Machedus Rashford because he has to... not becasue he saw his potential
