Seems there's a concerted effort amongst the media to downplay the Hillsborough chanting by saying that those chanting were a small minority that don't represent the majority of United fans.

The point they seem to be missing is that not only was it a significant number of their fans in attendance last night (otherwise it wouldn't have been heard), but presumably the 3000 fans that were in attendance had to be the most loyal United fans otherwise they wouldn't have been able to get tickets to the greatest European match of all time.

So whilst they may not represent the majority of their 659M fans, they are certainly representative of their core support.

Exactly - at first I thought he was tyring to create a personna and niche for himself, but as you say, he's got definite issues. No longer funny but quite sad and tragic really.

I used to find him amusing, but he really annoys the fucking tits off me now. The worst kind of southern plastic rag... obviously never goes to the match, but as soon as the final whistle goes he's uploading embarrasing rants from his bedroom at his mum's house... the bloke's an out-and-out prick!

Nobody believes they paid for a ticket and they clearly have no idea what is expected of them being there except to be ready for the camera shot

I wonder if they know what time they are going to be on and then fuck off back to the corporate when they are done

Do they honestly expect the sheep to believe that these ex-players love their club so much that they give up their own time and money to come and watch them. If so then surely it says more about how the club treats ex-players

I thought United were just struggling to sell tickets to watch their shite. It looked like hand outs to ex staff and the mentally challenged to me. Free tickets for former employees and care in the community. It's hilarious. The sheep will buy it. Just like Martial and Depay will be the next 'Ronnie' and 'Wazza'.... I actually feel sorry for Rashford, their hype will cripple his ability. Their need to sustain the 'UTD way' will hugely hinder his progression.

We all the United Way is dead, if it ever actually existed but even Rags know it dead for good if The Special One takes over.

The are a club who's own hyperbole will cripple them.
