Let's hope he has a similar level of success that Bryan Briggs 'enjoyed' in charge of the first team.
I'll await the documentary then.Let's hope he has a similar level of success that Bryan Briggs 'enjoyed' in charge of the first team.
Not long to go then. They're naming a stand after the Ticket Tout! Will be hard to get tickets in there anyway
Good point, just like the ticket tout to accept this for his silence/change of heart over Maureen. Another corrupt bent bastardGiven they are about to name a stand after Booby Charlton, I think it's safe to say Mourinho is on his way.
Pete the Greek! Quality cultural reference!Where do you think Pete the Greek used to get them from!
What's next? The Martin Edwards stand... every seat fitted with a toilet door infront of it - you have to peer underneath it to see the match!
Well observed mate.Given they are about to name a stand after Booby Charlton, I think it's safe to say Mourinho is on his way.
Neither. He's got a fixer for that nowadays. If Rags fans want to buy tickets for the Bobby Charlton Stand, do they have to apply to him personally, or has he given ticket touting up now he's a really ancient f*cker ?
Even in this article the rag mouthpiece BBC have managed to get a jibe in that the rags have had more academy players make their first team debuts than City since 2008.
Does anyone with academy knowledge know if Butt is any good?
I don’t know but it is the easy appointment.
If I was DOF over there I would have set out to find a short list of excellent coaches with strong track records and great contacts around the game. I would have asked them all to explain the vision for the academy and how they would turn around the fortunes of the younger age group, who they would bring in, how they would go about scouting etc etc. I would look to bring in an outsider with a mandate to transform the place and kick it on.
If I was disinterested and looking for the easy option I’d have a quiet word with one of the old guard and ask them who wants it. He might be the man for the job however it smacks of complacency and lack of genuine desire to change.

Stand named after Charlton, Butt appointed Academy head. Does sound like Woodward is trying to placate the old guard because he's about to do something they won't like.Good point, just like the ticket tout to accept this for his silence/change of heart over Maureen. Another corrupt bent bastard
Maybe these trucks turned up from the TV channels to cover another barmy champions league night under the lights at old Trafford. ......Oh hang on a minute!!!!Are they doing some sort of unveiling today regards this naming of the stand?.....quite a few TV trucks there now.
We might as well as sell all our kids and bulldoze the CFA for new flats, the rags are back. Class of '16 coming up any moment.
It's the United way these days. Long may it continue.I don’t know but it is the easy appointment.
