A closer look at Martial stats will also tell you he hasn't made an assist or scored a goal against any decent side, brilliant player....

its ok mate lets leave it eh, ill say i think Sterling is better as he plays for City, sorted

FFS how old ?

And they have the fuckin nerve to ridicule and persecute the scousers over Hillsborough.

Yes, Hillsborough involved fans like us all who went to watch their team and never came back. City played that day at Blackburn where there was a lot of crowding, pushing and shoving because of poor crowd control, and even though Munich was a shocking disaster it didn't have 'that could have been me ' effect that Hillsborough did.

But which gets most publicity, directly or indirectly through the likes of a bloody idiot like Jones?

To be perfectly even handed about it - both sets of " fans " are total f*cking hypocrites !

Both lots of lemmings have merged into the same f*cking animal - dismissive of everybody else, and believing that they are entitled to everything which is going due to their ' istory !

Familiarity breeds contempt.

Both clubs are the same on so many levels.

I have to say I'm laughing at united fans on Twitter tonight.

They're all talking about "see, how bad can the academy be when we're doing so well in the u21's" and how great (23 year old) will Keane is for scoring 5 against kids 4 and 5 years younger. What an achievement.

Not to mention 28 year old, 70 caps for Argentina Sergio Romero, 24 year old Phil Jones and £25m Memphis Depay.

What a joke.

I often ask rags who bang on about the fabled 'Class of 92', where the Class of 93,94, 2004, or 2014 were?? It was a one off, there was never any 'wonderful academy' ...

One thing I recall about that day was that the away end was under renovation or demolition wasn't it? I remember a huge tannoy speaker on the floor next to us - I think it had been taken down off the roof - and at half time my mate turned to speak and all I saw was his lips moving and Annie Lennox singing something at about a zillion decibels - I am sure it was that day.

Didn't we play Taggart at full back and he got slaughtered?

I was stood behind the goal that day, it was only my 2nd away trip that season. My banana burst after I had a fight with my mate so I ended up wearing it as a hat. I remember being on the platform at the train station and this guy with a radio had everyone huddled round it listening to the newsflash of the tragedy. At that point and the time being about 545 it said about 50 fans had died and I can see this lad with the radio even now, streaked hair and a bumfluff tash with a flick haircut, saying fuck me 50 scousers dead. My mum thought it was the city match at first and that was the only time I've seen her happy to see me. Sad day.

To be fair I think they did also win the 94 youth cup with the younger players of the class of 92, they had a good couple of years but the media bunched them all together for ease of expression.

The best they have produced since then is serviceable squad players. Wes Brown, Darren Fletcher, Cleverley that kind of thing.

There was a tremendous crush where you came in from the main road side because people would not move but it was not too bad on the far side, where you got a good view of totally left footed Taggart making a disaster of playing right back.

Colin Hendry played a blinder for Rovers and we signed him not long after so he could score an own goal at Maine Road which, because of the usual lies from United's Taggart, bizarrely became.......Ryan Giggs first goal for the Rags. Even in those days the media were bowing down to what Purple Conk said and of course it all becomes 'history'.
