To be fair, a lot of United fans on there have acknowledged that they were well beaten and it could’ve been more - Gary Neville reckoned the same too - but some blinkered souls actually think we were lucky to win because of the way we scored our goals. I’ll be the first to admit that we scored as a result of 2 Lukaku assists but that doesn’t alter the fact that we played them off the park on their own turf when we weren’t even at our best. Far from us being lucky, it could be argued that United were lucky that they kept the score down to 2-1.

Yeah a fair few are honest enough to admit it albeit many with backhanded compliments in some cases. The more deluded ones are more fun to read though, i sometimes try to reason as they do but fail immediately.

the perfect senario would be for us to have title wrapped up by the time we play the rags on the 7th April, hopefully the Rags and Spurs are fighting it out for 4th place at the time.

We batter the rags at home and then the following week put a team of kids and reserves out at Spurs and take a defeat to push the rags out of the CL.
