There's no cap in the cup, it's entirely decided by the home side, subject to a minimum cost of £10 or £15, and not being able to charge more than for the home fans. Utd have done this for the last couple of years too, to Reading and SheffU.
Derby the club are happy though. They discounted the tickets to 30, swallowing the £15/ticket loss, but knowing that they get 45% of the total ticket sales which will comfortably offset that loss.
We're nice and encouraged families to come along by having cheap tickets.

Exactly my point, Rags could have charged Derby £30 and still got the same amount, instead they charged £45 so filled their own coffers.
