UEFA have released their official benchmark document for 2017, which includes a lot of interesting things, but most of all, confirmation our net spend is exactly the same as United's.

Phil Jones has come up with the logic that because he & several of the current Utd team bottled a substantial lead a few years back, there is no reason that the current City squad, containing several of the City players who caught them, shouldn't do the same.
