I'm still not particularlly worried for the Derby after watching that today. They were gifted 2 early goals and at this level that's crucial.
I think if we score first then we will win.
I will only be slightly anxious if they score first and sit behind their bus. But even then I'd still fancy us to get a goal in sterling time if necessary:-)
De gea is their best player and fair fucks to him he's a great shot stopper. We need to be clinical when we get our chances because we will get chances and quite a good number of I would say.
They will be hard to beat just like every other prem league team but we are the big boys now. I can't think of any of our players who will be worried about them after watching that today. They on the other hand will be bricking it when we come especially their fans in the ground.:-) bring it on.

let's not get to far ahead here we still have to play west ham tomorrow and champions league so lets go one game at a time

we need to bag the 3 points vs west ham and keep that 8 point gap because united and jose will use every trick in the book to beat us next weekend and knowing we can lose and still have a 5 point game gives me a great feeling and for me city vs united is a bigger game for them just like it was for us 10 years ago we now have bigger games in the season and the main target is winning the premier league and not a derby game

yes i love doing them its a no brainier but that's the old city in me the fight is not about the 2 games we do battle with them anymore and like any great team knowing the race for the title and medal's will not hang on the game win lose or draw we are better than them its plain to see what team plays the better football and try's to win the game in the right way and not playing mind games and hoping for players from the other team getting injuries it really is that low they we go

He's actually looking decent in the last 3rd, however his same old frailties in his own half are there to be exposed, 3/4 occasions he gave it away in dangerous positions today. The way we press he'd of guaranteed us a goal!

It was soft at best, he didn't swing the arm and was trying to shield it!

It all depends on what score you call a battering. You can have a 2- 0 battering.

I'd argue Utds defence were just very good. Still, Arsenal had 75% possession for the majority of that game. Utd are typical Mourinho, shit to watch but effective. Our boys will have to be well up for it next week

There was nothing 'effective' in that performance other than the donut thief had another Worldy and Arsenal couldn't score on a Nevada brass house..

Give us a 1/3 of that next week and we'll give them a right pasting, however that Portuguese sphincter won't dare attack us!!
