I think they'll finish in the top three.

They have the best keeper in the league, a solid defence and some good forwards who are ideal for the counter attack.

But I don't personally understand the Pogba hype. He's far too inconsistent to be classed as a top player at the moment.
Too soon to say. They played well against West Ham but the scoreline really flattered them against Swansea where they struggled for along time. Swansea are a weak side anyway who had just sold Sigurdsson and missed Llorente.

And now I see Vardy has hurt his ankle and they play Leicester next.

whether you like it or not, Rag will be up there, strong contender for the title.
Maureen just found his right player in almost every position.
their strong and physical midfielder bossing the game.
last year they are struggle with old Zlatan, and now they get Lukaku.

Lukaku and Matic will be their best signing this season.

Matic hahahahahahahahaha he will be fcukced and lets wait till they play a decent team hey!? Funny isnt it the easy start they got.

Its a lot like watching Hazard or Sanchez, there individual talent is so superior it easily overcomes whatever fundamental errors of judgments they make.

And of the 3, Pogba is the least error (or I should say "mistake of selfishness") prone.

I know he is a rag, but if am being honest, he is one of the most talented individual players I've seen in the prem.

Hehe have you caught many with your last part of post mate..

Pogbad is better at dabbing and getting haircuts than being a world class player....

Yaya would definitely boss him if he was a cpl of years younger and even now I would have Yaya over the dabber.

Not for me. Peg doesn't rotate and they do not have a great squad. Once the season truly gets under way and they have CL and other cup games to think about, plus the inevitable injury or two, the table will look very different. We're not even out of August yet and they've played a poor West Ham side and a direction-less Swansea side. They are going to have to face some decent opposition sooner or later and that's when I think we'll get a true measure of what they're about. And as I've said before, Peg has a highly suspect mentality: something will happen that doesn't please him and he'll blow a gasket and be forced to sit in the stands for a number of games. It's inevitable with him.
I think our closest rivals will be the Spuds and the Chavs, and A.N.Other - a surprise package from the usual mid-table sides.
Whoever is up there with us come March/April/May, I am confident it will not be the rags.

You've been listening to the media too much, Matic's legs have gone so wait till he has to work and not stroll around like the first two games.

The best bit of business over the summer was offloading Rooney. He was stinking the place out for years. Moyes and Van Gaal totally bottled it, or kept him for commercial reasons.

The bookies view is irrelavnt, we have been favorites for years now and hasn't even been close to the title last few seasons. Rags were probably second favorites last year as well signing Pogba, the worlds most expensive player at the time and Big nose, one of the best strikers ever albeit quite old. The odds mean almost nothing.

I wouldn't consider PEG as second strongest manager, Conte is better so is Poch and maybe even Klopp, with the latter two punching well above their weight for years with limited resoures.

I just don't see them as even having the second strongest side, they are missing the world class players that the other top sides have, this is the difference. If they had a game changer one who decide any game at any moment and not maybe once in three games then they would be second strongest. They are missing an X factor like Bale.
I think they have yet to face a real test so we will not know how good they are until then. But they are ticking all the right boxes at present and have a very strong deep squad. Also PEG can not be underestimated as he has the medals to prove he is top class. Good season last year despite what most on here think and imo they will go very close this year and if we don't pull our socks up they may well win it.

Honest question, have you watched them play?

They are very average. Deep squad?? The have one real striker in Lukaku, Rashford has played there to little success. Their attacking midfielders are Mata, henrik, Martial, and Lingard. This is not deep at all. If Lukaku gets injured they are finished. Shocking business this summer. They have zero chance of winning it. Maybe if they played one game a week with no Europe and early cup exits, yea but their squad is average and they have no world class players in attack.

Give your head a wobble.

It was a shite season.

They played no full strength decent team in the league cup and no one at all in the European LDV Van trophy.

They were gash and finished sixth.

As for a deep squad? They have one striker and the rotation ability of the Himalaya's.
