Any other season they would be top if it wasn't for us being so good. Instead they are 11 points behind. Mourinho must be fucking gutted that Pep is here haha.

They would have been 6 behind Chelsea at this stage last year and around the same behind us in 11/12, just another rag lie to excuse their failings.

They would at least still be in it most seasons whereas now their season is already over.

Look at this belter lifted straight from Twatcafe's KDB thread. Deluded arrogant little twat thinks players actually still see Old Shitford as a viable option. FFS, someone should educate this turd and explain that Lumpakaku ended up there because Morata, Greizmann and numerous other quality forwards told them to fuck off.

Do you think KdB dreamt of playing for City?

I doubt he would think twice if he was offered the opportunity of moving to Real Madrid, Barca, Bayern Munich, Juventus, or even little old United. It would just be a question of agreeing a, considerable, transfer fee.
 
Over on Ragcafe they think their business model will mean they overtake us and dominate once more. Can't wait to see their faces over the coming years when they realise every continent has a "City" club and their fans also follow Manchester City and not Manure!
 
interesting that the majority on there who aren't here chose to leave, and we had to then replace them. Shows really that we haven't been galaticos just shoving people out of the team for a glossy new signing every summer.

Yep, we're also one of the very few clubs who don't lose players they're not happy to lose. Who was the last city player to leave that the club didn't want to leave? Compare that to the likes of Souds, who shed a couple a season.

we've lost people we didn't want to leave, but it's never been someone whose fundamentally important or integral to the team at that time. The squad we're building now will mitigate that further.

It was common knowledge that Bayern wanted to sign KdB, just a season later than we did because he would have been entering the last year of his contract, and therefore much cheaper.
