Danish Bacon did a good job for a year, Cole was as good as could be expected, Kidd scored a few for us and Law sent them down. And didn't the Goat and Terry Cooke start there? There is not one rag I'd take to even water the pitch nevermind play for City. Plus it never works having a rag play in blue, it always goes tits up some way or another.
And to be clear I F@#£ING HATE RAGS.
And he’s right
What the funk is lingard thinking?
Limelights were used in the theatre. Pass a flame over calcium oxide (quicklime) and you get an intense light. Hence being in the limelight.Ha ha ha is Lingaard taking the piss out of himself ! I mean really is he that much of a fucking bell end to dress like that , or is he actually really clever and trying in some way to keep himself relevant and in the line light !
The guy is tragic !! Jlingz!! Ha ha what a total weapon!!
That's why theatres still have a safety screen that is down while the performance is onLimelights were used in the theatre. Pass a flame over calcium oxide (quicklime) and you get an intense light. Hence being in the limelight.
Apparently they had an annoying habit of catching fire as the flame was rather intense and a lot of theatres burned down.
Sorry if that comes across as preachy but I think it is an interesting fact.
I assume that you mean when the performance is not on. That being the case I did not know that. That's why theatres still have a safety screen that is down while the performance is on

Hard to believe I forgot Barney as I was probably at most of the 9 games he played.Don't forget Barney Daniels.
World class against Leicester,in fact he'd have been the new George Best if he did put in that performance at the rags.Hard to believe I forgot Barney as I was probably at most of the 9 games he played.
Excellent comparison, had he been developed properly not over played, too young then he may have no picked up all the bad habits he now has. Premier League striker yes, top 4 player, a fading prospect, now under a clueless coach.I know a couple of people on the rag matchday team staff. He wan't someone who was long touted as a terrific prospect. He was expected to become a journeyman player - a Tom Cleverly if you will. However the stars seem to align with his physical growth spurt and his inclusion by LVG as there was literally no other striker. He scored some goals, got his obligatory England cap as he's a rag and bumper pay rise. Now he's reverted to mean. He's a poor man's Paul Moulden
