He's engineering his own exit alongside being an absolute twat.

He's so fucking arrogant.

A busted flush.

The only issue now is when, not if.
Yep and after the game if your saw Edwoods face he looked very
Annoyed Mourinho won’t see the new year in at the scum.

Can anyone legitimately claim he has zero influence on signings? Can anyone imagine Mou agreeing to a contract at a club where that was the case even? He may have had to accept decisions would be ultimately made by committee regardless of his say but again, I think this is how most clubs are run

I always say this about Mourinho, he started out as an interpreter which is a media job and few are the puta jefe in the press room like he is. So I don't buy the claims that he has gotten nothing that he has wanted or been regularly blocked. I do believe however he is not getting everything he wants but the tarnish is long gone from his old successes - just as his tired formula has.

Plus, just as the Glazers didn't go into the agreement blindly neither did Mou if he had to cede a degree of control he is used to having in order to get the job he coveted. In the end however, most of the failures that Jose is facing now are predominantly his own doing. He sets the tone, dictates the lineups & tactics and attempts to foster harmony in the squad. Can't blame the Glazers or board for things that was up to no one but him. Board didn't throw players under the bus like he has and board didn't tell him to stick to his ridiculously antiquated tactics.
Maybe I was being too OTT with my point; he probably has a degree of control as you say, it's unfeasible he doesn't now I really think about it. I do think he's being shackled mind. There's a lot of issues with Mourinho that come down to him, as you say. But when you look at his Chelsea sides, or his Madrid or his Inter side, you see a club and a team that's generally in his image. And when they're good at least they share all those qualities of Mourinho that makes him a winner. He's known to be determined about making this happen, and initially clubs are happy to support him untilhe does. But this United, whilst in his image, is the image of his most miserable self. Listen to Pogba's interview, it's just sad. There's no fire. This normally doesn't happen at clubs until he's ground them down into hating him, but it started early at United, before he hit the high notes of success he can do.

He can only blame himself. But he's not been helped. At least in my opinion.

Last ditch attempt at trying to get him to stay.
Last ditch attempt to prevent a huge transfer loss and admitting what we can all see, that they hugely overpaid for a prima donna player who they let go for free in the first place.

I'm sure there are many mitigating factors but central will always remain Mou himself, he has never been the same since what happened in Spain facing Pep IMHO
