Ha, I’ve no real issue with that. The answer is me, I hate them the most ;)
On a serious note though, it’d be nice to have the occasional sensible discussion about their many failings.
I'm told we don't have the bandwidth ;-)

They've took a step backwards IMO, it looks like they could blow the CL place this year because they genuinely are awful.

I wanted a young upcoming manager for that very reason, people often try to compare SAF and Mourinho but SAF joined United as a relatively young manager who was given the opportunity to showcase his talent on the highest stage. Mourinho is a manager who won everything and unless he does exceptionally well his time at United will have very little impact on the way his career will be judged, which is also why people are currently giving him a lot of leeway.
But the biggest problem comes from the front office, like US sports followers would say, by hiring the managers they hired they created that comfortable mentality where your past is more important than your future, they are looking back in the mirror instead of looking at the road and anticipating the journey.
