If i were them I'd honestly back Maureen over Carlton. That stick of cotton candy will just continue his dressing room cancer act under a new manager. And it makes your job of replacing Maureen more difficult if you picked Carlton over Peg.

Weird that as he's never been a "dressing room cancer" under any of his managers except Mourinho, who has managed to pull a similar trick of uncovering previously undiscovered "dressing room cancers" at every club he's been at, who have pretty much all gone on to not actually be dressing room cancers.
