The possible counter to that argument is would any manager coming in be able to pluck a tune from such a discordant bunch of players? Maybe. However, it's certainly not a given, so do you give a new manager the rest of the season to get up to speed for the next, or hope that the team suddenly finds some form?
What's beautiful is that normally when you have a dogshit hand with no chance of winning, the next move is forced upon you - you have to twist. However, in this case, to twist may also be as damaging as sticking. They really are fucked.
I’d say that they can probably forget any chance of catching us, Liverpool and Chelsea now, barring one of those really screwing up badly. So they’ve got to set their sights on catching Spurs & Arsenal. So do they stick, hoping Jose can do that, or twist and give up on him early?

The one problem they’ve got though is whether Peg even wants to be there. At least with Moyes and van Gaal you felt they were making some effort to keep their jobs.

The biggest insult to United and their fans is that City fans really don't care about United's games/results anymore. They are just not a factor when it comes to potential champions. Also it's funny to think that some United fans were actually saying how great it was that they got Moaninho instead of Pep a couple of years ago.

Brilliant!! Going back to Salford RLFC??

Alright - guilty confession time, father in law has mild Alzheimer’s, him and the mum in law come round every Sunday. His wife goes upstairs to talk to the missus whilst we he settles down to watch TV whilst I make the dinner for us all and I am sort of ashamed to say whenever the Rags lose I put MOTD on as many times as possible for him and keep checking in with him how they are getting on. Am I bad person, my daughter who is a big blue even though shes only 10 thinks it’s hilarious btw

Values built over 100 years?

Does that include kicking survivors and widows of the deceased from the Munich Air Disaster out of their homes? Louis Edwards selling condemned meat to schools to fund United player’s wages? Martin Edwards following a woman into a hotel toilet and peeking under cubicle while she had a piss? Paying Eric Cantona and his entourage £90,055.11 expenses out of the Munich Memorial Fund that he claimed for when playing in the Munich Memorial Match? Ferguson refusing to speak to the BBC for seven years? Magnier and McManus hiring a Private Investigator because they thought Ferguson was a lying bullying arsehole and they found NINETY NINE issues with Ferguson and his dodgy dealings from transfers to boardroom decisions? Eric Cantona running into the crowd at Crystal Palace and kicking a fan? United fans murdering a Crystal Palace fan at the 1995 FA Cup semifinal at Villa Park (Paul Nixon was stabbed and hit with a brick by Rags)? Rio Ferdinand jumping out of a window to avoid a drugs test he knew he’d fail? Wayne Rooney cheating on his pregnant wife with an old clapped out prozzie? Ryan Giggs sleeping with his brother’s wife? Marouane Fellaini spitting at Zabaleta and Agüero in two different games and getting away with it?

Those values?
First class post. Well done.

I don't really care if they win. As they aren't really our concern anymore. I do however really enjoy it when they lose. It's brilliant and I'll never stop enjoying it..

Shocking how quickly it's all turned to shit for them, but it has definitely sunk in now, their heads have dropped....

This isn’t the 90’s where 9 points were something you could take back in a few weeks. We’ve already lost more games than City did last season and I would be shocked if we finished within 20 points of them.
................
We are way more likely to finish 30 behind the Champions than winning it now. We’ll be more likely to be relegated than win it now for sure.
................
It's all about getting 40 points this season.
...............
150/1 now (to win the league)

The bookies should make it a million to one, they'd make a fortune.
