FFS none of you understand what I said. If you want the shite to win then that's your choice. For me and I suspect many other fans we never ever want them to win - end of. Why can't people get that sentiment.

When they played Wigan away in 2012, who did you want to win?

Kind of mad how Wigan have had our number since then, yet they did us a huge favour that night.

I have got this the wrong way round anyway haven't I? Course the poster would have wanted Wigan to win, just like the rest of us. Should have given this a little more thought
I did think that, but then wondered if I was a bit more hammered than I thought!

That run-in was incredible. Norwich, Wolves and Newcastle were all amazing away experiences. Only went to the Wolves game in the flesh, but I’ve heard enough about the other two to know they were all incredible away trips. What a time those few short weeks were to be a City fan. Not saying I don’t love now, just as much, but that was an amazing, beautiful 32 days, which represented tangible payback.

Plastic rag fan at work said yesterday there top of the league and I said what. He said womens league, and when I remarked buts thats second division, he replied I didnt say what league just were top.
Thats how deluded and insecure tbey are.

It was an ace couple of weeks. Was it Arsenal where we thought we had blown it? Then we started singing we'll fight till the end, more in hope than anything else. Then they lost against Wigan and there was genuine belief. For all the hype, they absolutely bottled it.

The level of their choking is criminally underreported, not least because throughout the season the prevailing narrative was that we would do a ‘Devon Loch’.

Whichever way you look at it; they fucking blew it.

Yes, it was after we’d lost at Arsenal that everybody (well, most people) thought that it was all over.

Were the West Brom/Wigan games the next midweek?

And then there was the unbelievable 4-4 against Everton, where A&E scored a late equaliser and that pathetic, spineless display by the rags at Etihad, when they couldn’t even muster a shot on target.

Was the 6-0/6-1 away at Norwich in those few weeks as well?
