Not enough is mentioned about how much they are distorting the market. Both in terms of wages and transfer fees, they are the ones who have constantly raised the ceiling of what can be expected in England, yet somehow it never gets a mention. That Sanchez deal not only fucked themselves, but will have put an extra £100k on what every top player in the premier league is after

Logically, you could argue with their financial scale this is a very sensible thing to do...
