No, not a Swales. Swales was a genuine fan who loved City, but was hopeless decision maker. Rags owners make good decisions about how to line their own pockets, but care nothing for the club.

I don't think Klopp is ready to drop Liverpool either, and at 52 he won't provide much energy. Saying that he would be perfect for them.
