Fernades should have been yellow carded for the dive for the penalty that was overturned

Utd were the better of two average teams (spurs were shockingly bad - Kane completely anonymous ) and I thought the first penalty was a penalty (clumsy by Dier).

I haven’t read all of this thread because it annoys me to be reminded about the favouritism that gets chucked at the rags. However, I have to ask if everyone else hates f****** Bruno already. He is one of those weasel players who continually falls over as if he’s been badly hurt by innocuous tackles - simply to get the opposing player booked or sent off. He’s not got the skills of KDB Silva or even our Foden - so has to cheat.
He’s going to fit in well at cheating Trafford & I really hope he gets a good kicking from one of the leagues less skilful defenders!!!

sums up the game & the teams perfectly. Kane most overrated player in the league & should never be mentioned in the same breath as Kun.

Mourinho finished. He’s been left behind - & without being able to buy a team (which he won’t be able to at Spurs) he’s useless.

Oh and the the good old rags dna of shoot on site one goes in and it’s goal of the season followed by world class player. He is a good player and he can improve but you see the narrative by rag tv pushing him as world class and liking him to kdb total horse shit.

I’ve not seen it but the reason will be something like - VAR do not and cannot get involved in yellow card offences. Their role is simply to determine if it was/was not a penalty. Now, if the ref was more involved I.e went over and looked at the monitor as per most other countries then maybe things would be be different
