Current squad value £667m - so literally no improvement.

City:
£1.02b bought in (a di Maria difference)
£310m shipped out (an angelino difference)
Current squad value £1.15b - a £400m improvement.

I’d say those figures lay to rest any doubts on:
1. Whether The glazers spent anything
2. City really don’t have unlimited money compared to others
3. Better managers do improve squads
4. United really are on the express route to Leedsville.
