Radio 5 produced caller who was supposed to be an Everton fan.with no trace of a scouse accent he accounted that he was proud of the United fans today .. bull shit bull shit and as he finished he said 'weManchester United. ....
He did realise his fuck up very quickly but the abbreviated 'we' was very audible
but the BBC wallah never batted an eye lid.
Earlier he talked to a bloke who said he had been involved in fan representation. Full of big ideas about direct action and got very sarky with a disabled female fan who was against the way those in the ground behaved. He then said he had not watched United since 2005 which did not stop the reporter saying both were great fans. YCNMIU.
Some weird invertebrates have come out of the woodwork today. Nearest to a local accent was the 'Everton' fan.

15th May 2016 set the precedent

Fuck all will be done
The PL have made it clear that every Tom, Dick, 'Arry, Ole, Klippity, and Plod were in agreement that it was TOO FUCKIN' DANGEROUS to play the game, so that's alright then! Just fix up another date, and if nothing can be sorted the PL will probably decide that each team won 12-0 and it's three points apiece.

If I could be bothered I’d probably look it up for myself, but does anyone know what the official line is regarding punishing a club who has failed to put on a fixture due to not controlling its own fans? Or does it come down to who that club is?
A regulation was posted on here many pages back. It suggested no repercussions if the postponement was outside the club's control.

A caller on radio 5 who was at the protest said they entered the ground through an unlocked gate. That suggests a security breach within the club's control. So United are responsible for the postponement in my opinion.

Without going into details, post 9/11 and especially post 7/7 and then at multiple points since then, every 'large scale public event' has had to have serious reviews of its security.

Walk around the etihad hours before a game and other than the corporate/vip entrance, there's no way in. Walk around the London Stadium, same thing.

But apparently the swamp is just wide open to get into.

And somehow, despite hundreds of social media posts tagging them in, all of the related forums etc. talking about this protest, they didn't think to notify the police. Wait, no, they didn't want to pay the extra charge for the police to turn up.
A sympathetic steward or two?

Carragher and probably Ratty even saw the officer with the slash to his face and still maintained the party line of "peaceful protest". Should be totally ashamed of themselves. The poorest, most biased coverage I've ever seen.
Just lies.
Example! Ima if it had happened at the etihad involving our fans the picture of the copper with the slashed face would be shown every five minutes and they’d have crucified us!

Better than a faked bomb hoax I suppose
