It shouldn't be allowed at ANY club.

got to admit, both of martial's goals look very "hand-ball-y" to me, the first one especially so (also hints of offside for the first but very, very tight so I'm probably wrong)painfully just watched their goals highlights and truly shocking they never shown the southampton goal VAR took off them ? also 3 or 4 united goals was dodgy and the pen well its a token gift by the officials at every united game
plus the 2nd sending off because of the dive just shows what was happening last night and cheating to earn a big victory to close the gap on goal difference ? lets see how city fair tonight at burnley and i can bet will have to fight tooth and nail and without the officials and VAR
That's kind of the point though isn't it? He was just pointing out the difference in reporting, they made it seem like City did something wrong or it wasn't classy. Southampton were down to 10 men in the second minute before any goals were scored and then down to 9 men at 7-0. Wasn't 7-0 enough at that point? The goal difference will affect Southampton too, so the "moral" argument doesn't hold any weight for me. In fact, this will damage Southampton more, who have lost 4 on the bounce, so shouldn't it been seen as more "immoral"?
In a cup game it doesn't matter how much you get beat by, all our result meant was the next tie was in the bag which meant we could rest as many as we wanted for the next leg. This on the other hand could utterly destroy Southampton's confidence, other PL clubs(Burton just went back to playing league football) would sense that and before they know they could be in a relegation battle with a crap goal difference.
I can see why he brought it up, the press do my head in too, lets stop giving them free passes because we've come to accept their biased shite.

I sometimes wonder if Mike and Tina Summerbee actually live in the Director's lounge... Wouldn't be at all surprised to find that they're on the books as cleaner/caretaker for the Chairman's suite.Could say the same about Mike Summerbee....
I agree with all of your post, but would point out that we made an official complaint re oliver the snake, and his performance in the cheat fest at anfield last season, the match if you remember when var wasnt working ( how convient?) ..that complaint went absolutely nowhere,no result was reached or published....City know full well that they are wasting their time and Pep is rightly, imo, concentrating on ensuring the team rise above the corruption, taking the teams performance level to new heights, the like of which the top division in this country has never seen before.Utd 11 fouls 2 yellows
Southampton 6 fouls 3 yellows 2 reds
its the same every game, Fred and Mcpointy or whatever he is called can foul with impunity And get a talking to after the 10th foul and refs start booking late on to try and hide the bias.
rat face escaping a red v Arsenal, Cavani not sent off for grabbing a player around the neck, the countless penalties for dives, penalties after full time, free kicks near the area for dives, penalties not given against them (WBA and Chelsea, both blatant) , screaming after every feint touch and yet the paperboy moaning in the week about decisions against them. Even the goal ruled out for Southampton yesterday and how Var did not overturn that pathetic dive my Martial must have us thinking operation goal difference.
its so corrupt every fan of other teams can see it, it’s operation give the PL title to Utd in full swing after 2 years of getting the Dippers to win it.
No surprise our recent game v Sheffield Utd and the one sided officials in that game, that was just the start and I said about 10 days ago it’s so corrupt and obvious we would get Oliver for the dippers and hey presto. It’s no surprise we get Oliver early on in the season also, Spurs last season and Leicester this season. Most refs are just biased or plain crap but there is something else re Oliver.
looking forward to 80% possession tonight yet twice as many fouls conceded and free kicks for nothing given to Burnley whilst we get kicked off the park. Remember the home game and after 2 mins they avoided a yellow for a blatant shirt pull. Yellow card in every other game bar against City.
its no surprise the decisions the Rags got yesterday and Villa have had since our game as both managers have been moaning to the media. This is where we fall short, we seem to lube up and accept these performances from officials. Pep should be highlighting all of a Oliver’s displays in charge of us, esp last seasons cheat fest at Anfield to ensure Oliver knows we know
You do you and I'll do me mate.can look at things loads of ways mate, being really honest I don’t give a fuck
