I have sqid for a few years that PL refs do not seem to apply the persistent foul play law. One game, about a fortnight ago, I counted Mctominay committed 8 fouls and was never even spoken to.

Mctominay has gone the longest without a booking than any prem player...something like 50odd fouls since his last yellow
