There going to fluke this arent they, Chelsea will implode chasing everything, we have no striker and will look good going into the transfer window so we wont spend to our detriment and liverpool on a downward spiral. How can they go so long not losing an away game ??

Did you watch them today and did you watch City yesterday? what’s the difference between a team that can dominate a game and a team that is playing mid level premier league standard football that leaves them wide open to conceding?

We’ve knocked 10 goals in two games with zero answer. This is without De Bruyne, Foden, Mahrez and Sterling not starting, City can get better this is as good as it gets for the rags.

Exactly. So long as they have that defence and defensive cover they're winning nothing - unless they end up in the Europa League again.

Can someone help me out please?

Unfortunately I can’t search by previously liked posts but there was a post by @Bill ? I think, a year or so back, which went into great detail about united’s initial investment, as well as Liverpool’s too (maybe), and how they wouldn’t be where they are today without it. I’d love to read it again. I’ve got a couple of rag mates who need educating. I’m sure it was in the united thread but I could be wrong. It got more than 100 likes I’m sure so hopefully someone can remember it and help me out.

Thanks in advance.

"Call it the Sanchez protocol." :))) Brilliant!

United fans may wonder why some journos are critical, but the reason is pretty simple. Signing Ronaldo limits the opportunities for English talents like Rashford, Greenwood and Sancho. They have to compete for one place alongside Ronaldo, Fernandes and Pogba, unless Ole plays Pogba in CM next to Fred or McTominay, which seems a bit suicidal, imo. Today they looked utterly disjointed for most of the game, and not for the first time either.

I see the alpaca has said that having fake back is like a dream.

Let’s hope it turns into a nightmare.
Course it is, someone on more money than him to blame it one when it goes tits up. Drink it in someone who last played premier league football in 2009 is now on more money than Kevin De Bruyne and Mo Salah.

They don't play good football. How they've managed to go on this away run is ridiculous. Of course there is an asterisk beside it because away games in empty stadiums diluted the home/away effect but everyone has had the same conditions. It just seems like United can play really poorly but they get the break they need. It is pretty much the opposite of Arsenal in many ways because Arsenal's problem it takes far too much effort to put the ball in the back of the net but with United the amount of deflections, keeper fumbling's, penalties they get is quite unbelievable. If they were racking up the goals you could look past it but I'm pretty sure last season they had about 9 league games where they failed to score and their overall goal tally was padded by one game vs Southampton.

I watched their game today for the first time this season, and found they regressed a lot from end of last season, I am not sure if it's because of a bad pre-season or the Ronaldo effect but they looked so slow and sluggish as if they were playing a friendly game. They showed no desire at all.
