The version I heard said "Shite in a bucket, bastard" which is an Irish phrase if I'm not mistaken (whatever that has to do with it all!)
You hear that on those mad Gypsy youtube videos were they are offering each other out for fights all the time lolThe version I heard said "Shite in a bucket, bastard" which is an Irish phrase if I'm not mistaken (whatever that has to do with it all!)
I believe it was about 1,000 messages that were sent. The interesting thing is most were sent from overseas, India being the main country. This has been hidden from us in the UK. It was made out to be primarily English fans sending many thousands of messages as though we are a hugely racist country. We are not.Thanks.
I have to ask (and I know you don't have the answer) but exactly how many abusive messages were sent to the 3 missed penalty takers? Dont get me wrong, one is too many but in terms of balance of reporting, and the population of the UK (and yes folk overseas can join in too) how many was it?
Let's not forget in the pre social media days of 2002, Beckham had effergies of him made that were being strung up on lamp posts!
So the abuse is nothing new (though the racial part definitely is) it is just presented in a different format.
As you say the vast majority of the tweets were from fake accounts abroad the most being from India followed by UAE, Egypt, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Iraq, Turkey, with just 4 from the uk, there is a full breakdown which I've seen, but the media had everyone believe they were all from the ukI believe it was about 1,000 messages that were sent. Also why would India be the main country ? To me it was bots deliberately messaging to cause racial tension but of course that won't be investigated as it doesn't fit the narrative.
Russian sponsored bot farms located all over the world have been trying to seed and exacerbate racial divisions in the west for a decade or more, before Trump and Brexit, as part of a hybrid warfare strategy to destabilise and weaken western democracy and public trust in its institutionsAs you say the vast majority of the tweets were from fake accounts abroad the most being from India followed by UAE, Egypt, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Iraq, Turkey, with just 4 from the uk, there is a full breakdown which I've seen, but the media had everyone believe they were all from the uk
If that is true and I have no reason to disbelieve you, why is the media and the government allowing this lie to continue. I rarely come across racism and I do not believe the majority of us are racist and yet it is what they seem to want us to believe.Russian sponsored bot farms located all over the world have been trying to seed and exacerbate racial divisions in the west for a decade or more, before Trump and Brexit, as part of a hybrid warfare strategy to destabilise and weaken western democracy and public trust in its institutions
Even the graffiti on the Rashford mural wasn’t racist in nature unless he has Gipsy heritage because it called him a “Shits in a bucket bastard” along with a cock and ballsIf that is true and I have no reason to disbelieve you, why is the media and the government allowing this lie to continue. Yep that was a definite media lie but of course if the Patron Saint of fish fingers is just slagged off it is not 10 o clock news headlines. Tell the world it was racist and they have a story for 3 days, then a story about the vigil for another 3.Even the graffiti on the Rashford mural wasn’t racist in nature unless he has Gipsy heritage because it called him a “Shits in a bucket bastard” along with a cock and balls
