What has happened due to joining United is the complete opposite. He won’t win a trophy, and most people don’t feel sorry for him. He made his bed, let him lie in it. I honestly can't get my head around how so many rag fans manage to remain so patient and understanding of that shit show of a club.

The majority of rag fans I came across over the years would have completely fucked off by now. Many of whom openly admitted that they only supported scum because they were the "best" in the league. Back in the mid 90s I would ask them "what are you going to do when they're no longer the best team in the league?" "Follow another club" was often their response with a look of bewilderment.

You would think that a set of fans who have enjoyed so much success over the premier league era would be so understanding of how far that cesspit of a club have sank.
