If the worst happened and he was binned off after Spurs/Atalanta, chances are they'd not have time to approach & get someone else in before our game as they'd never look for a new manager while ones was in place only dirty oily City do things like that So, we'd have a Carrick/Phelan combo on the bench with baconface whispering into his tie pin.
Ferguson himself could be caretaker for the derby. He already seems to be spending most of his retirement at the club.

here already in a fight for 4th spot, come on the hammers

They're already out of that fight.

The table is really bunched together but if they drew to Spurs and then lost the derby it's pretty easy for them to end up 12th.

Arsenal and Leicester have recovered from starting the season with about 10 first teamers injured each, and they're only headed one way while Spurs and United are going the other way. In a month it'll be really obvious United are out of everything.

Greenwood is overrated IMO, he does score goals but he shoots with almost every ball he gets , of course some are going to go in. Besides that what else dors he bring to the team ? Personally I rate Rashford before Greenwood
Personall think Greenwood more of a natural finisher, in need of proper coaching before it's too late.
But not a city player, so can rot for me (?too harsh)

I like your optimism, fingers crossed

To be honest, it gets like that sometimes when you're getting battered - frustration sets in and players lose it. It happened to us in Pep's first season when we lost 3-1 at home to Chelsea. After taking a deserved lead despite Alty not sending Luiz off for a blatant red card offence on Aguero, and then looking likely to add to that lead in the first 15 minutes of the second half, we subsequently fell apart when Chelsea equalised and in the end our players lost it with Aguero booting Luiz about 15 feet in the air and 'dinho getting his marching orders as well (somewhat unluckily I might add because that twat Fabregas reeled him in). Most of our fans had left when all this was going on deep into injury time but for me it was the most enjoyable part of the match apart from celebrating our goal, and I just wanted our players to go nucleur and batter the fuck out of every Chelsea player. I was a bit gutted that it was all unfolding at the opposite end of the pitch to where I was!
But Pogba and Ronaldo in the same dressing room is just pure poison. They are not team players. Ronaldo is totally over the hill. Pogba came on for 17 minutes and literally strolled around with his hand on his hips. He could not survive at any other club but United where these sort of players are indulged. There was a real lack of effort in that team yesterday from certain players. Bruno Fernandez showed his true colours as well. Happy days.

Joyous occasion though it was yesterday, I have to say I am very disappointed United didn't win. Seeing them get stuffed was obviously great fun, but Liverpool and Chelsea are our rivals, and to be honest I would probably have enjoyed seeing Liverpool getting reamed, even more. I can't stand them either, and in fact I probably hate them more these days.
Hate the scouse, just that I have hated the rags longer and harder. Part of my being is to hate the rags it is what defines me as a person. I wake up hating them I go to bed hating them and I hate them all day every day. I'm getting on a bit now and know I won't be able to hate them forever, but I have passed my hatred on to my children and grand children. God I funking hate the rag bastards, feel better now.

No they have shite players, on big wages.

If Solskjaer was our manager, some fans would think that Jesus, Mahrez, Gundogan, Rodri, Cancelo, Laporte... were shite.

It's pretty obvious they have a very good squad, no need to deny it. If Pep/Klopp managed them, they'd be a top team. Common sense that.

Manchester United's focus is upon opening the first of five new “entertainment centres” it is planning to build in mainland China.
Located near Tiananmen Square in Beijing, the Theatre of Dreams offers visitors an “interactive journey through the club’s incredible history, encompassing 142 years of triumph, heroics and the never-ending pursuit of excellence”.
There are light shows, photo opportunities, games where you can try to swerve a football like David Beckham or recreate Wayne Rooney’s famous bicycle kick against Manchester City.
A big screen plays the 1999 Champions League final on an endless loop.
You can enjoy “Manchester-style fish and chips” for £13 or a “Manchester United specialty meat platter” for £53.
Get coached by Luke Shaw as you pit yourself against the resident champ in the interactive Inner City Sumo exhibit.

I hate the scousers as they are two cheeks of the same arse but after watching them hammer the rags yesterday I forgot it was a bad result for us and just enjoyed the rags pain. This proved to me I hate them even more

Agree if pep got hold of the kid he could be one the best strikers in the league for the next 10 years Id like him at ours! His career at the scum will go the same as Rashford down the pan.

Not seen or heard any pundit mention Maguire yet.

The man is fucking rubbish. Put him on the penalty spot heading long balls away and he's fine. Also gets the odd goal.
But ask him to play football, defend on the deck, make quick decisions or just get his positioning right and his flaws are there for all too see.
Re-watch yesterdays goals (a chore i know..) and check out his involvement. Running toward his own goal and a good 2 yards off the scorer. Schoolboy stuff.

So out of that very good squad that they have, who would you take to replace in our squad. All the players you mention above would all walk into the rag team.
