Correction, we need to HAMMER then both times in the league and our manager to show what this game means to us all,We need to beat them twice this season
Sick losing to that shit team
It's because as a team they are alright/good and will get outplayed in 10/12 games, we get outplayed in about 2 games a seasonI just don't understand how these twats manage to do it so regularly and they've been doing it for decades, even when they were successful they seemed to have far more 'lucky' undeserved wins than any other side.
All teams, City included, get maybe 2 or 3 fluky wins a season in games where the opposition were the better side... but these somehow manage to consistently do it in about one game in every three.
He’d get goals. Packed defences or not, chances arent the issue for us, its taking them thats the problemHow would he do against the packed defences that City face?
I think it's tactical. Basically, because their manager is inept, they don't really create chances from their amazing patterns of play. Instead, they rely on individual brilliance to win them the game. For the same reason, they don't dominate games like we do with their passing. But they do have quite a good defence and goalkeeper when they're all fit, so quite often the other team will play well but miss a load of chances (because most teams miss most of their chances most of the time), and then someone will do something brilliant and they'll go home a win in an otherwise pretty even game against a mid-table team. Solskjaer is to epitome of the "anyone could win with that group of players" criticism that's often thrown at Pep. They should dominate games, but they don't. All teams will win because of individual brilliance at times, but those nearly teams rely on it. Other teams like West Ham are the opposite, and so overperform based on the players they have.I just don't understand how these twats manage to do it so regularly and they've been doing it for decades, even when they were successful they seemed to have far more 'lucky' undeserved wins than any other side.

Bang on. Their is no game plan, just a hope that someone might do somethingI think it's tactical. It shows the level that they are at, They aren't a big club anymore, That last night was small time mentality celebrating a group stage win like that was pathetic. Is scoring a dodgy last minute goal against Villarreal after being outplayed all game, really worthy of taking your shirt off in celebration?
not sure myself
