UAE was used as a major staging area for the refugees out of the country. Of course, some arm-twisting from US probably did take place for them to accept these folks who hadn't been cleared for communicative diseases, security checks, etc. Their possible journey from Pakistan, UAE and to UK wouldn't be out of place. As it has been said, flying them in on a sky blue plane would be nice.

Poor rags how can they compete with the "oil clubs" ?
The hypocrisy of united fans is incredible , they have a squad worth almost 1b , just this summer they spent 126 mil on transfers , more than us or chelsea but apparently they can't compete. Like it's our fault that they buy shite players and have one of the most inept managers in the league.
It really does take a low IQ to support that shite club , doesn't it.

This reminds me of a couple of lines from Fitzgerald's 1859 translation of The Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam:

Who would have thought that a 12th Century Persian poet could have predicted the arrival of both of these eminent figures embodied in the same human form nine centuries later?
