We're inevitably going to either be in no European competition at all next season or at best the Europa or Conference Given he's only on a 2 year deal anyway do we think he'll look to leave?

Just couple weeks ago, some were even arguing Ronaldo is carrying the team, bringing them out of CL group stages etc.. Now he's become a liability on the pitch.

Must be infuriating playing with these supposed 'leaders' of the squad. Some of which does fuck all on the pitch. Not surprising that they were awful against wolves when they started with such a narrow shape 4-2-2-2 against dynamic wingers and fullbacks. Didn't watch the game but from the highlights they didn't appear to stretch the pitch even though they changed formation to a back three.

Thought they should adopt the formation that Sporting CP played when Fernandes was playing behind Bas Dost.

Ronaldo isn't going to press or run about so he becomes the 18 yard box only striker, rotate with Cavani.

Sancho can play in Gelson's position and then have greenwood or Rashford play on the leftwing. Mctominay/Matic play as the holding DM and Fred/Matic/VDB play as the other one pushing up.

Has to be better than what they tried last night, what's the point of playing two veteran strikers up top together?

Only at United could they squander all that money on transfer fees and massive wages and be a lot worse than last season :) honestly they are fooked and this wasn’t just about last night this as gone in all season ........... and the new messiah as got away with it over the last few week fortunate at Norwich even more fortunate at Newcastle and both are relegation fodder ................

The idiots keep trying to excuse themselves with the city / money thing, not realising that they are the living proof that it's not just about money. If things carry on for the next ten years as they have for the last, generations of economics and management students will be looking at the rags demise and our rise as a case study
